I run a multisite platform and one of my customers is wanting a scheduling platform for her catering business. Unfortunately I can't afford the subscription from WPMU DEV and opted for this version. After installing this plugin I received a 500 Internal Error when attempting to log into the Dashboard to configure the plugin. Very disappointing for a company that thrives on multisite instances. I would like to use your plugin but would you please look into why it is not compatible with my multisite instance.
I discovered the Google sign-in feature was not working correctly and requested help. I was instead told that this function is INTENTIONALLY broken and that I can "use a css code" to hide this feature. Since when do plugin creators incorporate front-end website features and then intentionally break them only for us to find them by user-complaint or after spending hours trying to find out what we did wrong to misconfigure the plugin? I'm really disappointed to see this kind of practice coming from such a well-respected developer and I really hope I have a reason in the future to update this review to a better rating. Shame.
I purchased the plugin in hoping to fit my client's need, however, when I tried to install it in another site, everything in the setting seem frozen, I can only work on General tab, not any others, for example, I can't add new service nor server providers because it simply does not respond to my click.

I was actually happy with this plugin at first. But, as a point of principal, they are deceptive. And issues deactivating.
After days comparing plugins and installing this, we discover that Appointments Lite (which installs from the Appointments plugin - no mention of "Lite"), only allows you to add 2 services. NO WHERE in any documentation is this mentioned. Just double checked.
DECEPTION: in fact, quite the opposite. Before listing features of the PRO version, their description even states that you can "... create unlimited service providers and unlimited services." [my emphasis]
Much further down their description they list features of the pro version. So any reasonable person would read the features above "pro" list as included.
Clearly a deception to get people wasting time and then just pay for it.
DEACTIVATE ISSUE: We decided to hold on our services and that's when big problems started. It doesn't uninstall when also using W3 Total Cache plugin, even though I had cleared all cache several times (WP Admin and browsers). Simple deactivation left the site nothing but text. Wasted much time and jumped hoops to figure out out to get rid of it.
ISSUE: My issues is not that this plugin doesn't work, and the price for the PRO version is actually reasonable. It's all the difficulty simply deactivating it and a point of principal about honesty.
The developers thought it a good judgment call to say up front that you can create "unlimited" services so that people waste time before discovering - you can only add 2 services. Then what? Just pay for the pro since you've wasted so much time already.
I paid for the plug in, it seemed to fit the bill... The lite version worked well, but when I upgraded to get the features I needed, it just seems broke.
Getting answers on their support forum is a long wait for a train that doesn't appear to be coming.
I've had better support from free plug in authors.
The Lite version plugin did not specify that you can only have up to two services. I wasted time configuring the settings just to find out 2 hours later that I can not use this plugin due to the limitations that are set on it.
