This is an excellent option if you need to provide a sub-theme as mobile version of your website. Really easy to install and starting working with.
As every other user agent detector, it has some issues with cache systems, so be careful before installing it if your website has a cache system installed. The plugin has support for W3 Total Cache though.
I just installed your plugin and it seems that everything works fine, the problem is that every time I am running the option offered by Google’s quick mobile-friendly test tool, shows me red bar with the text “Not mobile-friendly”. Is there a way that this plugin can make my page be a mobile-friendly and pass the google test. Also wanted to know if it is necessary to insert this code: <?php echo do_shortcode('[show_theme_switch_link]'); ?>
in my template to make the plugin work. Thanks for your help.
Awesome plugin. I was searching plugin to do two websites, desktop and mobile.
It was perfect. Tks!!!
This Plugin has been the Best over the Years but it stopped working now.
Now my Site shows PC Version on Mobile and Mobile Version on PC.
Please help resolve this Issue so we can Continue using it.
The Error still keep coming up even after I Upgraded to the latest version on the 17th June 2015.
Not being a fan of responsive design as a content strategy, I have always believed that mobile users should be delivered content consistent with their device's size and capabilities. A secondary, mobile theme is often a better approach to content strategy and this plugin gives me just the right amount of control on which devices see which theme.
As a plugin developer, I value a lightweight plugin that does exactly what it's supposed to and nothing more. This plugin allows me to easily control what group of devices see which theme I've developed, and it does so flawlessly.
Thanks for the hard work on this, guys!
It's an amazing plugin.
Just what I needed to tackle Mobilegaddon.
