Problem with canonical URL and rel="prev"
By , for WP 4.0

The new version of the plugin added links «link rel='prev'», in the old version of the plugin are not added. Many sites have no pages with numbers on the end.
For example, website has a URL - http://site/post. If you add to the Website any numbers - http://site/post/67, and then open the page, the plugin will add this link also a canonical and add a link back «link rel='prev' href='http://http://site/post/66».
The page title is added a postscript: «post 67»/-
If you add a Google Webmaster Tools address - http://site/post/67, the robot will add this address (67) and (66) to the index. Competitor can add hundreds of such links. Then the site will start problems.
Similar problem with HTTP and HTTPS.
