It is impressive the amount of control over the backend this plugin allows, but it is also a bit overwhelming.
The settings page is incredibly long, having every single setting the plugin allows to customize on the one page. This should be split up in to logical sections with a submenu added.
The main reason I tried this plugin out was to hide menu items on the Admin sidebar based on user role or specific user. The relevant part of the plugin that allows that functionality is still in beta, and the plugin hasn't been updated for seven months now, so that brings up another concern: is this plugin abandoned?
I'll likely be looking for an alternative...
This plugin is just awesome! Exactly what I needed, thanks!!!
Does what it says on the tin.
I haven't had any issues with this plugin & using it on multiple sites.
This plugin is just awesome!
Does the job very well and the only control plugin you will ever need!!
THIS is what I have been looking for.
It does exactly what it says.
The best plugin for access control. The BEST.
Thanx for this extremely useful plugin!
As for the "Disable for all" option: to save space, you could turn the names of the options into a JS onlick handler in order to turn on/off all (a toggle button for each Role in a row). Most of my settings only allow administrators to get access, so an "All on/off" could help reduce a lot of clicks.
One suggestion for update:
Add a checkbox to "Disable for all" option. It would be great!
Just Awesome. Helps to cusutomize the admin panel for every role
