Well this plugin doesn't work anymore. Had it working once upon a time.
All companies have pages instead of personal accounts. Thats where I came for. Not possible in free version and as I read other comments - no help in paid version either.
The link is placed in Facebook, but as image only the WordPress logo is used whatever options I use. There is no support on the free version. I can not use this plugin.
Poor instructions for someone who isn't a coder. Paid for Pro version, + a little extra, hoping to get some support. Couldn't get anything to work with my theme until I found some help from another developer. Still can't get comments or login to show up. I recommend gong with someone who supports their customers.
stay away from it. it's not cool. not working. nobody can see the posts. also, if you turn on the feature to post even new page you will end up with all your contact form 7 message on your facebook wall. which will not stop even if you disable the app! crap.
While I totally understand why a developer may offer better, faster or more specific help to paid users, it is outrageous that there is no support offered for the free plugin. There should be some base level support offered for anything you put out there, and then higher levels for paid users.
Does not recognize my Facebook pages. Poor support. Keep my donation, I give up.
Epic. And fixing it was going in circles. I'm not sure who wrote the instructions but I've now taken a cultural tour of Failbook's Developer Department and have the start of a migraine.
Do you think they can hire someone there who knows how to write instructions clearly? Google was a snap but their instructions were clear with screenshots.
Failbook is not worth the bother so I quit and removed the plugin. It seems so far every FB plugin I have tried has had the same instruction problems.
I donated $25 in good faith, appreciating Marcel Bokhorst's efforts and expecting to have access to a higher level of support but kept getting "no support offered in Word Press" notices. If not here, then where?
The Easy Setup makes no mention that you have to apply to become an App Developer and submit privacy statements and so on to get the authorization codes and so on and so on. I gave up halfway through Step 1.
Call me an innocent in all respects. I run a website and give online help and I know what easily available support it. You don't find it here.
Tried for ages, followed all of the instructions. No help or support offered for this plugin so I've had to give up. It seems to hang on trying to save the plugin name and secret code.
