 * I did what you said about deleting the plugin and uploaded directly from FTP 
   and it works just fine!

 * I’m having the exact same problem since yesterday. Everytime I restore the website
   and try to activate the metaslider plugin again it crashes again.
 * Here’s some infos that might help:

 * WordPress versão 5.5.1
    Tema atual: Salient (versão 12.0) Plugin atual: MetaSlider(
   versão 3.18.2) PHP versão 7.2.32

 * I hid with css directly, because I couldn’t do it with the plugin. But other 
   than that, your mobile plugin works just fine for me.
