Thank you for your report.
Looks like it was a certificate issue on our side.
This issue should be fixed now.

In reply to: [Access Watch: Security and Traffic Insights] Hi! Turkish TranslationHi,
Thank you for the Turkish translation. Unfortunately, the Access Watch plugin is not localised and only available in English.
We’ll integrate the translation as soon as we integrate more languages.
Thank you again!

In reply to: [Access Watch: Security and Traffic Insights] Access Watch doesn’t loadHi,
Sorry, I only saw your message now. Firefox is a nice browser, it’s supported! Unfortunately, a specific bug might have prevented your dashboard to load.
Upgrading to version 1.2.5 should do the job.
Thank you for using Access Watch!

In reply to: [Access Watch: Security and Traffic Insights] ERROR LOGHi José,
First, please re-enable your wp-cron, it’s an important part of for your WordPress. There is nothing wrong with it.
I finally found the issue on our side, update to 0.6.0 and it should be gone.
Thank you for your feedback!

In reply to: [Access Watch: Security and Traffic Insights] ERROR LOGHi,
I don’t think the error output is coming from our plugin. This might be something else on your WordPress installation.
Looks like it’s not only Access Watch requests that are logged but also things like wp-cron.php.
Maybe this is coming from one of the other plugins you have installed.

In reply to: [Access Watch: Security and Traffic Insights] Well…Quick follow up. For your information, since version 0.4.25 (October 12th), it’s now impossible to block authenticated users.

In reply to: [Access Watch: Security and Traffic Insights] ignore IPHi Doug,
We already got some feedback for that and this is unfortunately not possible right now.
What would be your personal use case for this feature? In which part of the interface would that be useful for you?
Let us know! This can help us prioritise features for the next version.

In reply to: [Access Watch: Security and Traffic Insights] Cloud serviceHi Doug,
Sure, it’s a legit question and we have to update our Readme to make that more clear.
The “cloud service” mentioned is operated by “Access Watch Technologies GmbH”, a company based in Berlin (Germany) with an international team. Our servers are also currently located in Germany, so is your data.
The data sent to our service is usually named “Access Logs”, it’s the metadata about each HTTP request: Method, URL, Headers and IP Address.
Our service is currently in beta and free for all our users. When we will be out of beta, it should stay free for most of our users: small websites and non-commercial websites. For bigger or commercial websites, we plan to charge on the volume of traffic processed.
If you want to know more about us, feel free to visit our website https://access.watch/ or read this blog post explaining our story: https://access.watch/blog/2016/12/introducing-access-watch/
Hope this answered your question!

In reply to: [Access Watch: Security and Traffic Insights] Well…Hi,
First, apologies for the late reply, you are the first one posting something there and we were not checking the support forum before.
Thank you for the feedback. I think you simply clicked on the “Block” button on your own agent, which is something really unfortunate and never happened to other users.
On our side, we will think about that issue, and help prevent users to block themselves. On your side, please have another try. Our plugin works well for our first ~200 active users and is blocking every day thousands of attacks and spam requests.
We’re pretty sure your website will be better with our plugin active!
