I can’t find a way to configure the menu breakpoint in customizer. I was not aware that customizer allows different font for mobile. On a caching plugin, I can exclude font-awesome.min.css. Changing to the default theme didn’t help. The offline version worked fine. The solution was to replace the online wp-includes directory with the offline one (I just zipped the offline folder, uploaded it and extracted it). We post filename.flv with corresponding filename. jpg. The jpg still-image shows perfectly as first frame in Safari 3.1.2 but only black flv player in Firefox.
