 * Yes, as I mentioned I have **Google Schema JSON-LD** enabled for the affiliate
   review. I’ll take a screenshot if you need to see that it is enabled.

 * I have enabled it and re-entered all of the required and recommended fields multiple
   times but every time I check for the schema using Google’s Rich Results test 
   and within Webmaster tools I do not see any of the schema for the product review.
