They test your site with these orders, and if you block them there is a chance of them suspending your merchant account. Maybe its something the Helpie FAQ folks can address. I believe that despite the Post and Page Builder being selected, the Boldgrid functionality is not present. A quick sign of trouble is the missing device view icons (large view, desktop, tablet, phone), and clicking the Add Block button does nothing. However, the Add Media button brings up the expected interface. This makes it difficult to setup and test without a sandbox instance of your site. It would also be great if the promotional product could be a private or hidden item since in my case its not something that can be ordered separately.
