    Yes i am trying in the similar way but its not working .. When i add url,
   click update.. The url id gone after update.

 * Yes, it is the issue with My Account > Edit address section and if i disable 
   your plugin it works well…
    It means only the issue is with your Plugin..

 * Ok upgrading wordpress core to latest version fixed the issue.

 * But what if we want to continue with ajax based form ? I dont want to refresh
   page on submit.
