 * I’ve had both the websites open in FTP client and got through each directory 
   and checked and I really can’t find any difference.
 * Is there any places where it would be more common for larger files to be?
 * Also is there any other way to see the largest files on a website, as with ftp
   you can only see whats largest within 1 directory (or at least on filezilla).
