 * I’ve been having the same issue with missed scheduled posts.
    After manually
deactivating and manually testing each plug-in I’ve discovered that the only
plug-in that the missed schedule fault happens with for me is “w3 total cache”.
Deactivating that plugin does appear to have allowed posts to be published at
the scheduled time. I notice that although that’s a plug-in that’s listed on
some of the lists above, it’s not on all but my technical knowledge is reaching
it’s edge to offer anything more than these observations. Hope that bit of extra
info helps identify what the route cause etc 🙂

 * Has anyone found a solutions for this? I’ve been having the same issue which
started at some point between Christmas and New Year.
 * Having checked each plugin it’s the W3 total cache one that’s causing the “missed
schedule” issue. I’ve also tried deleting and installing a fresh version but
   still the same issue.
 * I can find mention of this happening 5 months ago with all cache plugins but
haven’t found any other mentions (but that could be my inexperience of searching
   on these forums).
 * Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
 * Many thanks

 * No idea if this is your problem or not but I’ve just had a redirection plugin
cause all sorts of issues elsewhere. Have you tried testing this after deactivating
   the redirection plugin?
