 * the question was not only for the woocommerce plugin, it was also for the purpose
   of finding out if there is any other plugin that could do this better without
   having to hack and customize anything, I would rather pay for something else 
   that has a more user-friendly experience..

    Dont know if this is the right place to post since the thread is marked resoloved.
   But I get exactly the same error.
