 * I had 5.6 still got the same exact fatal error. I had to delete the plugin folder
via the file manager, on one my client’s website. Should I change the PHP to
7? Although, it’s not recommended by the hosting company.

 * OK thx! I actually figured it out. I ended up going back to using the built in
menu by creating a new/custom menu. I had to dig in to the confusing CSS but
was able to figure it out. Incidentally, the CSS structure for menus is poorly
documented, unless I’m missing something. I’m pretty good with CSS and it was
quite difficult to figure out what’s what and what belongs where… I mean ul in
a ul in a ul! And then li in a li. I’m not sure if the menu structure is better
in newer themes. After all twenty twelve came out a while back and I was certainly
not going to use its ugly menu styles.

 * Sorry very new to the forums and WordPress. I did re-post the code and I think
it looks better. Perhaps, I should use the built-in menu and try to style the
CSS. But I thought the CSS was too complicated like a jigsaw puzzle and I didn’t
know what is what and which goes where.
