Oh I see. I dont use Emelentor plugin, so probably my issue ( simply cannot see the visual/text tab in the WordPress 4.9.2) might be different from yours. But thank you for sharing your issue with me, hope it will work out soon!

What does it mean for the same issue ?
Do you mean you can see the visual / text Tab but cannot use the elementar plugin ?
Or simply do you also have problems not to see the visual / text Tab ?
