 * found my solution:
    log in trough your FTP client example: Filezilla
 * and you want to download or copy the plugin folder to your desktop, and delete
   the plugin folder on your site.
 * refresh your log in page and you should be good, then add each plugin 1 by 1 
   till you find the one that has the problem with 3.0
 * peace
