 * When you hover your ticket its shows Edit/delete option. [https://puu.sh/rZl7d/2df531d6ad.png](https://puu.sh/rZl7d/2df531d6ad.png)
   
   But if you have admin permission admin also can be edit others ticket for fix
   typo or or change agent ticket answers.
 * This is really helpful for support manager or admin to check and fix support 
   agent answer.
