 * What features did it disable?
 * I just uploaded a new version that fixes the one issue I knew about which had
   to do with WordPress being installed in a sub-directory.
 * Is your WP installed in a sub-directory and not the root?
 * I have tested this on several installs and it has not disabled any features…
