 * We worked with our SSO team and switched our sites from Oauth2 configuration 
   to OIDC and it solved the issue. Thanks for your help again; happy Friday!

 * We’re using single site. OAuth2 provider is generic. 2FA provider is Duo. Didn’t
   see any related error logs in WPEngine. Double checked the admin piece: my email
   is on the approved users list. And the current setting for the ‘attribute containing
   email’ field is ’email’. I’ve forwarded our chain to our SSO team so they can
   check relevant items on their end. Will circle back then. Thanks again.
