 * In the video you can see that all plugins except mycred are disabled, so it’s
   not a plugin conflict and I’m using wordpress theme that is included with the
   latest version of wordpress, and with that I think theme conflicts can be ruled
   out as well.

 * No, I am not using text widget. I am using[ MyCred’s built-in widgets](https://e-learners-hub.com/dq/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Screenshot-from-2024-12-16-21-27-35.png)
   that comes with the plugin. Please check the image linked to.
 * PS: The balance displays correctly when using the shortcode widget, but not the
   mycred widgets.
