 * Yes, checking the spam folder was one of the first things I did. We use Google
   for NonProfits, so not sure what else to do re email server and logs at this 
   point. It seems the product is just not working – or at least in some circumstances
   that have not been identified – and per several other contributors on this thread.
   Have any of you had success with other Contact Form solutions?

 * I believe it is set up correctly but you can check my screenshot. The system 
   fields all show correctly in the Flamingo message.
