Seems to be an ajax issue. I’ll be looking into this since I rely on this plugin for multiple sites. Turns out your postal code validation required ‘Tax Downloads’ to be enabled, and then it removed the ability to select a country to ship to. Figured this out myself — had the ‘Number to Show Initially’ set too low.
