 * We have the same problem! It is not working on the live site.
    Purchased Premium
   WP Fastest Cache 1 WEEK ago while creating development site. Now have the site
   running live, ON A DIFFERENT SERVER. But the Premium version will not activate.
 * I have tried disabling it as per instructions and RE DOWNLOADING VIA THE “UPDATE”
   BUTTON BUT IT’S NOT EVEN GIVING ME PERMISSION TO SEE THAT PAGE!
 * SO FRUSTRATING! WHERE TO FROM HERE ??
