Probably this is a caching issue, so if you have a caching plugin, make sure to clear the caches after making any changes to your website.

This problem is caused either by your theme, which forces all link to open in a popup/lightbox, or probably by this plugin:

It sounds to me like either you’re using the widget incorrectly or you’re confusing it with a different functionality.

It seems that there was a problem with the EyeEm icon, because we’ve added it before in the plugin.
I fixed this problem right now and also added a new icon for Mastodon.
Please update the plugin and clear the browser cache to see the new icons.

The widget includes a TripAdvisor icon, and you can see the demo here:
https://demo.wpzoom.com/expedition/If the widget doesn’t work when you click on the icon, probably there is a different problem, like a conflict with a different plugin.

At the moment there is no option in the plugin to add custom icons, but we’ll probably add the Home Advisor icon in the next plugin update.

What theme are you using? Can you try to switch the theme and/or disable all other plugins to see first if this is caused by any of these?
Also, are you trying to edit the widget from the Widgets page?

Have you checked how the widget works in the YouTube video?
If it doesn’t work like that in your website, then it’s possible that there’s a plugin conflict, so try to change to default theme or deactivate all other plugins and try again to see if our widget works.
