Please clear the caches from your caching plugin (WP Fastest Cache) and this problem will be fixed.
It seems that the cache was last generated in April 2020, while it’s recommended to do it more often, especially after plugin updates.

We’ve tested Pinnacle theme with our plugin, and everything works fine.
Could you provide the address to your website? This would help us find out what’s causing the problem.
Otherwise, we can only guess that there is a plugin conflict or something caused by some optimization, such as assets minification.

If your images are smaller, then WordPress is not able to crop them at the needed size, and here you can see an example from your website which is 600x450px:

Yes, it’s highly recommended to disable that option with Structured Data from the Theme Options.
Maybe in the future, we’ll improve our theme to detect if you’re using a recipe plugin and that option will be disabled automatically.
@digihulpdienst Do you have any caching plugins on your website? Try to clear the cache or simply do a hard refresh in your browser, and the icon will appear. Most probably your browser cached the fonts with the icons and that’s why the new ones don’t appear yet.
