It is handled directly by the web server. If you cannot login you can disable the plugins and switch to the default theme by: * 1. Logging to your WordPRess via FTP 2. Make a backup copy of all the directories and files in /wp-content/plugins and wp-content/themes 3. Delete all those files and directories except from the directory twentyeleven. * Now you should be able to login. Once you logged in, start adding the plugins one by one and the new theme. That should work. If that does not work, then we must start looking into something else.
