 * I am genuinely sorry to hear about your frustrating experience.
 * The “white screen” you mentioned is a standard WordPress behavior that usually
   occurs when a site exhausts its PHP memory limit or encounters a conflict with
   a third-party plugin. Similarly, the theme failing to save your work almost always
   points to a strict server caching issue or a security firewall blocking the WordPress
   Customizer.
