 * Thanks. I have completed all the form fields (applied twice). They just keep 
   rejecting it. I contacted them and waiting for a response.

 * Thank you for the quick response.
 * The problem is not the plugin (I realized) but the fact that Etsy not approving
   the API key requests (so I was trying to use a PENDING API key). API key requests
   are Pending then they are just rejected by Etsy (even though this is just for
   the plugin).
 * Do you have any suggestions regarding “a how-to” when applying for the Etsy API
   key?
