 * Hosting confirmed working. Hosting told me to contact WordPress and request the
   account be reactivated.

    I do not know the version of WordPress.
 * Requested that developers have WordPress reactivate my account but developers
   have not been willing to assist .
 * Reaching out to support forum for assistance.
