   We never heard back from you on that email thread.You then sent an email on Thu,

 * Hi there [@scott07uk](https://wordpress.org/support/users/scott07uk/)
 * Sorry for the delay in response. I’m not sure why you cant see the map as every
   user gets to create a map and unlimited markers for free. There may have been
   an issue with the installation and although this is very rare (due to weird MySQL
   settings) it can happen. Sorry about that!

 * Hi [@asif_rn](https://wordpress.org/support/users/asif_rn/)
 * I’m sorry you feel this way. We are pretty clear in what you get with the free/
   lite version of the plugin. What were you expecting that you did not receive
   if I may ask? I’d love to try see how we can fix this.
 * Also, all our positive reviews are from real people and tie back to real support
   tickets. We aim to provide the best support and believe that is our real differentiator.

 * Hi there [@erikawithakdc](https://wordpress.org/support/users/erikawithakdc/)

   I am terribly sorry you experienced this issue. I have reviewed your support
   ticket with Perry. I just wanted you to know that we have no control over how
   the geocoding takes place – We use the Google Maps Geocoding API and although
   you can set the country with which you want to geocode your results in, it is
   completely up to the Geocoding API with the result that you get back. I know
   that this can sometimes be frustrating but we really do our best to make sure
   that you have as many settings as possible to create a truly unique and comprehensive
   map.
 * Was this happening with just one postal code, or multiple postal codes?
 * Also, with regards to the bug you reported – thank you for reporting it. We will
   make sure that is sorted out ASAP.
 * If there is any way we can flip this review around, please let me know.

 * Hi biuechocoo
 * On 22 June 2016 Google Geo Developers announced that Google Maps no longer supports
   keyless access to their API and that all API calls must now contain an API key.
 * This means that all new and existing users of WP Google Maps will now have to
   register on the Google API console in order to get a Google Maps Javascript API
   key. In the past, Google Maps allowed you to display a map without an API key
   but unfortunately from now on this will not be possible.
 * There are no costs involved with creating an API key however, as it has been
   in the past, you will be limited to 25 000 map requests per day.
 * For full documentation on how to create this API key, please visit [http://www.wpgmaps.com/documentation/creating-a-google-maps-api-key](http://www.wpgmaps.com/documentation/creating-a-google-maps-api-key)
   or watch the video tutorial on Youtube ([https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OH98za14LNg](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OH98za14LNg))
 * The above documentation will also provide which services need to be enabled in
   your project for your maps to display as expected.
 * I hope this helps? If not, would you mind still sending me a link to your map
   so that I can look into this for you?

 * Hi _bigfudge
 * It appears that the Google Maps API is loading more than once on the page (likely
   from your theme or another plugin), which is causing the issue on the page now–
   other than that the API key you have entered which is being used in our Google
   Maps API call is being called correctly and not producing any errors.

 * Hi there
 * Please ensure your API has two referrers set in the Google Developers Console:
 *     ```
       *.mydomain.com/*
       *mydomain.com/*
       ```
 * Does this help at all?
 * Hi there.
 * @wp2075. I believe we have found a solution to this.
 * Please ensure your API has two referrers set in the Google Developers Console:
 *     ```
       *.mydomain.com/*
       *mydomain.com/*
       ```

 * [@clarkiemikester](https://wordpress.org/support/users/clarkiemikester/). It
   appears the Google Maps API is being loaded more than once on the page – this
   is likely from your theme or another plugin. Are you comfortable in removing
   the duplicate?
