This error has not happened before and it does not happen on any of our testing environments. It may be a conflict with another plugin you are using. You could perhaps try disabling other plugins one by one, and then checking if this makes a difference. What exactly would you want to do with the API? Are you wanting to create WooCommerce products from each hotel? Are you wanting to process bookings?
