 * Hi iSaumya,
 * I reached out to Thrive Themes because I was unable to set the Optimole optimized
   settings in their Builder Theme. They confirmed it was a bug and applied a fix
   to the site.
 * Now it’s working so I’m closing this support ticket.

 * Thanks for replying. I added an image from the media library but did not see 
   the cloud library 🙁 And the image that I had uploaded that was supposed to be
   deleted from my server (I enabled offloading images) was still in the media library.
 * The uploaded image went to the Optimole server and is being served, but no cloud
   library is available for the site.
 * So why doesn’t the cloud library appear?

 * Any update on this fix? I look at the Github page but I don’t know how to use
   element.closest(‘a’) to find the parent link element 🙁

 * Update on my previous comment…
    Gravity Forms came out with the new version and
   I updated that and then updated Gravity Forms Directory & Addons. Now it works
   as expected!

 * Okay, I reverted to the previous version of the Gravity Forms Directory & Addons
   plugin and I’m waiting until Gravity Forms releases the next version before attempting
   to update.

 * Additional information…
 * Gravity Forms version: 2.2.6
    Gravity Forms Directory version: 4.1.3
 * Checked the changelog and it said that the “No entries are visible when using
   Smart Approval” issue was fixed in version 4.1 ON March 8, 2018…but it is still
   happening.
 * Deactivated the plugins and changed to a default theme, no luck there as well
   🙁
 * Any ideas?

 * I didn’t figure out the cause of the problem, but it’s resolved now.
 * I had developed the site on another server so I installed the Backup Buddy plugin,
   ran a backup and migrated the site. Works fine now, thank you so much for your
   help!

 * An update . . .
 * It seems like there is a permission problem in WordPress — says I’m an administrator
   but only gives me a subscriber permissions. Talked to my host, they we willing
   but couldn’t solve it. Any ideas?

 * Just found the answer to this…
 * Under Appearance > Menus, select the “Screen Options” dropdown from the top right-
   hand side of the screen.
 * Place a check in the box next to “Link Target” and Save.
 * You will then be able to set the open properties for each menu item.

 * Thank you esmi for your reply but unfortunately no plugins or themes are responsible
   for the missing Page/Post Author option. The Page/Post Author option is missing
   every time I’ve installed or updated to version 2.9, three times so far (two 
   client sites and one of my own).
 * Any other suggestions?
