 * I appreciate Stiofan’s response here and I am in exchanges working out the specifics
of my issues with the other plugins.
To be fair, during this time of support,
I will be changing my 2 star review to a 5 star review. It is not my intention
to hurt the developers reputation but convey the clarity the end user needs in
the admin dashboard. If you did have an issue I believe the developer would do
what is fair within the terms you agreed to and probably go a bit farther to
   help. Updates to follow.

 * Update: I’m currently in exchanges with the developer. I appreciate Stiofan’s
responses to my specific issues and hope we see some broader updates soon. I
will keep this thread updated as much as is necessary.

 * Just so people are aware that I’m not making this up or lashing out for no good
reason. I just tried to reply via the email you sent Stiofan. Thank you for reaching
out. However the email I sent was returned.
   “This message was created automatically
by mail delivery software.A message that you sent could not be delivered to one
or more of itsrecipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es)
failed: *Your Support Email*”When I tried to use the View Support Tickets link
in my WordPress dashboard I got a screen asking for my email. When I entered
   and submitted I got this message.“<span style=”color: rgb(106, 194, 123); font-
family: "Aktiv Grotesk", "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-
   size: 13.4px; white-space-collapse: collapse; background-color: rgb(222, 255,
222);”>Email with the authentication link has been sent to </span>*MyEmail*” *
that’s more difficult than if it had just asked for my password. anyhow, shouldn’t
it just recognize me from my purchase license? or just put the ticket link in
the AyeCode Connect somewhere? like right in this pop up window?* Just my thoughts.
Simple steps like these that are drawn out and not clear. This is why I gave
the review I have. The good thing is we can make changes. With regards to “You
simply stoped replying.” Me: The documentation you sent does not match the dashboard.
Support: “We are going to update the docs soon[;] as we recently released user
types and [membership] feature so the form builder UI changed accordingly. I
can help you with what you are trying to do just explain [it to] me.” Me: *…soon?…
this is going make you more frustrated if you don’t stop. it’s going to take
3 days to explain what should be 5 clicks.*I’ll attach a video to the ticket
I’m about to submit. I hope it helps clearly convey the issues.
