The Rules capability is great but… unfortunately, like the others, it is not possible to do what I want in the free version. I see it’s not suited for my needs. * But I found an alternative solution using woocommerce as a simple catalog and a plugin called “Product Table” by WooBeWoo that can search by product name in the catalog and put all the products in a single table.
