Please note, you can make refund only from the specific payment system, it’s does not possible to make refund from the Booking Calendar plugin. You need to contact support of the PayPal for making refund of this payment. Or you can ask visitor who made that payment to submit the chargeback from the payment. You can check all your configuration of the PayPal settings at the Booking > Settings > Payment page. Unfortunately it’s does not possible in actual versions of Booking Calendar. Sorry. It’s possible to show only values, but not the titles, in the emails and at the Booking Listing page. We will add this feature to the TODO list for having it in future updates of plugin, but I can not say when exactly it’s will be implemented. Booking Calendar does not support the RedSys payment system. Probably you was made this integration by your self, or you are using some other plugin and not the Booking Calendar plugin. So you can configure CRON at your server, for periodically access this page with booking import shortcode to start import process. Or you can insert the import shortcode before booking form shortcode, so firstly system will start import process and only then show booking form, when someone visit your page. But how often some service (like airbnb, or booking.com ) access this .ics feed to import the bookings from Booking Calendar into own system, does not depend from Booking Calendar. So in other words, Booking Calendar does not force to generate import process by third party service, when some booking is created.
