This javascript handles the keydown event and prevent it if it doesn’t raised from certain html element types. Your theme or maybe another plugin handles space and stops the event propagation. That’s the information used by 3CX live chat for this purpose. About your third question please verify that in your transcript settings( Live Chat> Settings> Chat Box>Chat Transcript Settings>Email Body) there are the following tags which are the placeholders for the transcript data as configurated in settings. 1. It seems to be a problem with the settings in your Chat Operating Hours settings, so in the meantime till our next update you are able to follow the steps below in order to successfully save settings. 1. Go to Live Chat>Settings>Chat Operating Hours 2. Check the choice “Configure the times that chat should be available” 3. Delete all the existing schedules ,clicking the icon in the right of each schedule. 4. Uncheck the choice “Configure the times that chat should be available” 5. Save settings * After these steps you will be able to save any other setting. Finally please note that when you are saving settings there is a validation process which results is displayed in settings tabs on the left of main panel as a red number indicating the count of errors found during validation.
