Please follow the steps below and let us know about the check results. 1. Update the 3CX live chat plugin to the latest available version 9.3.1 2. Deactivate the other plugins one by one and check if the issue resolved. If you figure out the conflict let us know about that to handle it in one of our upcoming updates 3. In No 3CX – standalone mode the only option to answer as agent a chat is to be logged in to the backend. Please ensure that there isn’t any error indication , checking for a red number indication in the plugin’s settings left menu after you have selected save settings.
