General Settings > Chat enabled > Yes 2. General Settings > Exclude chat from ‘Home’ page > Unchecked 3. Chat Box > Chat box for logged in users only > Unchecked 4. Offline messages > Disable offline messages > Unchecked ( if you have checked that option and no agent is available then chat will not be loaded ) * If all settings are configured as you need to be , then try to clear your website’s cache. There is a known conflict with caching and some of our settings like “ operation hours” which causes this type of issues. By your description I suppose that you are trying to use it in a mobile device. If that the case I suggest you to take a look on 3CX mode which between many other features offers also full compatibility for mobile devices.
