It works as expected when chat is online there is no indication in the bubble. About not arriving chats in agent’s chatbox, there is a known issue which will be fixed with our next release. If you have opened many tabs/windows of the wordpress admin only the last opened is getting the chats and messages and if you close the last opened then no other tab/window will receive the chat messages till refresh. 2. About the logged in users, maybe you have checked the related setting (Settings > Chat box> Chat box for logged in users only) 3. Please keep in mind that if you have enabled any plugin for html caching and the business hours it may cause issues like the described. In that case the whole chat data are routed to your PBX and that’s why it’s not possible to setup offline emails through the WordPress.
