 * I have installed the twenty twelve theme and to be honest it worked.
    I need 
   to talk to the theme developer unfortunately.

 * I have deactivated my current theme and used the default one and stopped all 
   plugins and some of the new features worked.
 * The only feature that didn’t work is the editing part of the post.

 * In the dashboard it says 3.9
 * The new live widgets management and updated visual editor that you are talking
   about are not available in the dashboard for some reasons.

 * I have the same issue. The only email that I do not receive is [@yahoo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/yahoo/).
   com.
 * I can receive all email providers even if it garbage like [gjsfgjsf@skdfhksfh.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wp_pro/replies/gjsfgjsf@skdfhksfh.com?output_format=md)!!!
