 * Good to know because as it is now, setting home page with latest post including
   image makes the site look skewed unless all posts have featured image set. Blank
   image would be excellent update. Thanks

 * I agree with OP, featured images are not centered wich creates left-sided display
   on images for example 300px wide.
 * if you set a featured image with is more narrow than the post width, it is left
   aligned.
 * if you install baskerville on older sites where images are small, you have a 
   major problem. generating thumbnails of course does not work if the original 
   images are too small.
 * Request: please make the featured image display itself as a centered image in
   oder to allow for a reasonable design on sites with old, smaller images.
