 * I don’t understand why this thread is marked ‘Resolved’. Have I missed something?
   I can’t see the solution which has resolved this problem and still can’t use
   this plugin.
 * Ben, the link above seems to be for future suggestions not bugs. The plugin is
   completely unusable at the moment. Surely this a bug that needs fixing not something
   that needs to be looked at later.
 * Are you still trying to fix this or is this a fatal flaw which can not be fixed?

 * 777 didn’t work for me. Still only lasted an hour or so before reverting to gibberish
   🙁

 * I’ve just changed folder permissions to 777 also. Will see how it goes and report
   back. Thanks.

 * Hi Ben
 * No, changing the folder permissions didn’t make any difference. The reset formatting
   stayed for an hour or so, then went back to complete garbage as before.
 * Need to try something else.

 * Hi Ben
 * Both the folders you mentioned above had the permission number 755. I have changed
   both to 775 and re saved the theme options to reset the formatting.
 * Will see if that makes any difference and report back.

 * Hi Calvin
 * This is our only website so I am assuming the database is not shared in any way.
 * Thanks

 * Saving the theme options again will probably only reset the formatting for a
   very short time. Make sure you check your website again in about an hour or so.
   You may need to continually save the options. We have the same problem and it
   would be nice if a more permanent fix could be found for this issue.

 * I’m also having the problem where the calendar loses it’s formatting about an
   hour after saving it. I’ve sent details to [data@time.ly](https://wordpress.org/support/users/worldrhythms/replies/data@time.ly?output_format=md)
   and hope someone can find a solution soon as this is a pretty critical plugin
   on our website.
