They basically gave me a new wp-theme file and I had to upload it manually to replace the older one. I have another website using contact form 7 older version 4.3 and so far is isn’t causing any problem and is working fine. * I am not quite sure if it has something to do with the newest version 4.4. What I don’t get is the test inquiry I did. I just did another test inquiry is nothing is working. * When I sent an email to my own email address it all works out properly. I asked my collegue to send me an email and it also works. Thanks for your explanation which I already know. * I installed the WP Robots.txt plug-in which will give you view in the setting > reading menu in the dashboard of your wordpress but I figured out it doesn’t automatically update the robots.txt file in my root directory.
