 * Wow. That’s bizarre. You’re right, it’s working now. Maybe just disabling and
   re-enabling feedsmith somehow fixed it.

 * I’m experiencing a similar problem on two different blogs:
 * wordmunger.com
    bpr3.org
 * Any help would be appreciated!

 * I’m not going to be adding any inter-chapter commentary, all that will be done
using comments (or my own, regular blog). However, I do have a question about
the Post ID. Is there a way to edit this number? If not, then I’m thinking if
I screw up one entry, my chapter numbers will be forever messed up– and then
just using the title for the chapter numbers would be the best solution.
 * I guess I was thinking that if the posts were given a number, then some of wordpress’s
automated navigation features would also work. However, the more I think about
it, the more I think that’s probably not going to work anyway. How would the “
   calendar” function work, for example?
 * As davidchait suggests, categories might be a better way of managing the text.

 * Well, [this](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/16291) thread claims to have
a solution. However, I haven’t actually tried it yet, so I can’t confirm it works.

 * “But from experience, there are only one or two IPs that I’ve seen that have
remained static, spammer IPs for more than a day…”
 * That’s all I really need. Just a way to stop a spam attack in progress, so I
don’t have to sit there all day deleting spam.

 * Eragle, it doesn’t work for me, either. The spam words work, but not an IP address.
