    The solution that worked for me was increase the PHP memory limit and also
   commented below code in the .htaccess of file lansinoh.co.uk. ======== ## SetEnv
   DEFAULT_PHP_VERSION 7 =======

 * Have installed the blogger importer which imported the existing blogs from blogspot
   fine. What I cant seem to find out is :does it keep importing them? – hasnt done
   yet. this is only a test for a client so no 100s of blogs to import.
    And if 
   it should- is there something I should be doing?
