 * Hi/안녕하세요.
    I had the same problem. Here is the solution I found: **rename
   your file without special characters**.
 * Example :
    -Right now your files have names like : 기본소득이란_무엇인가_안효상.
   pdf -Rename this file “what-is-basic-income-ahn-hyo-sang.pdf”
 * -Add the shortcode again (with the url of the new file name).
 * -> Now it should works on Internet Explorer too.
 * I live in Seoul, and I had the same problem today since everyone is using Internet
   Explorer… hehe
 * Good luck,

 * Hi fatherb,
 * I’m not sure if it’ll work for you but I had the same problem, and after a quick
   search on the plugin’s FAQ ([http://yithemes.com/docs-plugins/yith-woocommerce-zoom-magnifier/08-help_faq.html](http://yithemes.com/docs-plugins/yith-woocommerce-zoom-magnifier/08-help_faq.html)),
   they mentionned :
 * > If you activate the plugin after you have uploaded the images of the product,
   > you need to regenerate the thumbnails before using it.
 * And although I did it the other way (I activated the plugin first, THEN uploaded
   the images), everything worked fine after I actually regenarated the thumbnails.

   How to do it : [http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails-new-image-sizes-wordpress/](http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails-new-image-sizes-wordpress/).
   Hope it helped.

 * Hello. I have the exact same problem. Does anyone has an idea how to fix it ?

   In my case it even add an iframe that has nothing to do with Shotcode Ultimate
   in the process (an iframe from Scribd).
 * I end up with :
    [su_document url=”[http://www.desired-document.pdf&#8221](http://www.desired-document.pdf&#8221);
   width=”1000″ height=”1000″]**[su_document url=”[http://www.UNDESIRED-DOCUMENT.pdf&#8221](http://www.UNDESIRED-DOCUMENT.pdf&#8221);
   width=”1000″ height=”1000″][scribd id=XXXXXX key=key-XXXXXX mode=scroll][/su_document]**[/
   su_document].
 * Uninstalling and reinstalling with a fresh version of Ultimate Shortcode doesn’t
   solve it (which is quite fascinating!).
