 * My solution was to modify the wp_nav_menu which had the ‘theme_location’ => ‘
   header-menu’ by removing ‘fallback_cb’ => ‘responsive_fallback_menu’ and then
   adding in an ‘exclude’ => ‘$my IDs I want to exclude$’.
