That was a decision made by me to not display the users with no activity. Some community sites have a very large number of users with only a small percentage of them that posts content. That is, the http requests to gravityhelp.com doesn’t occur for every admin page. I have commited version 0.3 and I hope that this fixes all issues and that the plugin can be reopened.
