 * I need this situation escalated as a bug internally at WooCommerce or addressed
   in any capacity beyond just telling me repeatedly to try the same thing. How

 * Hi LovingBro.
 * I have already tried the steps you have described above multiple times. It does
   not work. Once logged in, I visit woocommerce.com, click the login button, and**
   I am prompted with the following prompt: “Account found – there is already an
   account with this email address. Please enter email address and password.”**
 * We don’t know the old woocommerce account password anymore. We can’t enter that
   password. **Here is where the problem occurs**: If we click the “I forgot my 
   password” option, we are then **redirected** to the **WordPress.com password 
   reset system**, not the **woocommerce.com password reset system**.
 * Essentially, there is no way to enter the old password (because we no longer 
   have it), nor to reset the password (because we can not actually access the correct
   reset password flow).
 * We are locked out of the account.
 * So what I need is an actual, usable, workable, fix to this situation. I need 
   a working password reset link, or I need you to manually provide a temporary 
   password to my email, or another relevant account email.
 * Another reminder that **because we can’t access our woocommerce account at all,
   I am unable to use the paid support that we are meant to be provided on our account.
   If needed, please escalate this to someone who can address it properly and have
   them contact our email.**

 * Hi I tried using a different browser but it is still not working. Is there a 
   way to securely send you my debug info?
